Newsletter 13th May 2016

Dear Parent/ Carer,

Our Year 6 pupils have taken their SATs this week. We are all so very proud of the hard work and determination shown all week and they are an absolute credit, they tackled each of the tests with resilience and the determination to do their very best. It was a pleasure to be able to serve them breakfast and for them to be able to socialise and chat with their friends.

It was so lovely to see all the learning undertaken this half term from our Reception pupils this afternoon… they are growing so much in confidence and maturity and a very well done to them!  Thank you to Miss Lambert and the staff in Reception for all their hard work in producing the Assembly and to everyone that attended this afternoon! We really hope that you enjoyed it.

Next week sees our Year 2 pupils doing their assessments and we wish them all the very best of luck.

Please also remember that it is our Year 5/6 assembly next Friday and they are looking forward to sharing their learning.

Please can parents be respectful when parking on the Rowans – do not park on
1.      On the footpaths
2.      Near the junction of the main road
3.      In front of residents driveways

Have a lovely weekend,

Mrs Harris
